Enjoy the Dove Street Festival of Lights at Shelter Cove on Hilton Head Island

Dove Street

There is nothing quite like 75,000+ twinkling Christmas lights to get you in the holiday mood and have you singing “Dec the Halls” in no time! It’s time for the Dove Street Festival of Lights on Hilton Head Island. The holiday fun begins November 19, 2016 and runs through December 31, 2016, nightly. This popular light display has been a Hilton Head Island tradition for the past 20. With the blessing of festival founders and the amazing residents of Dove Street, the event returns to Shelter Cove Towne Centre for the 2016 holiday season!

Island locals and guests from afar come to admire the Dove Street Festival of Lights, which has raised over $120,000 in cash for local non-profits, more than 40,000 cans of food for needy families as well as 20,000 presents for kids since its inception. The popular Festival has even been recognized by USA Today for its efforts!

Outside Hilton Head invites you to come out and enjoy the magic of the season and do some holiday shopping at the Plaza at Shelter Cove. This is truly an evening the whole family will enjoy! As always, admission is free with a donation to local charities – the Disaster Relief & Recovery Fund, Programs for Exception People and Island Recreation Association.
