Policies
Cancellations & Refunds
We accept cancellations up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time of your tour or program.
Your card, on which you have confirmed your reservation, will not be charged if we receive notification of your cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your tour or program.
Weather
Weather cancellations are at the sole discretion of Outside Hilton Head. We want you to participate in a tour or program only as long as it will be safe and enjoyable. If we should need to cancel your activity due to weather, we will do our best to reschedule your activity. If this is not possible, we will gladly refund the cost of your tour or program to the card on which you secured your reservation.
Payment
Your reservation for programs with Outside Hilton Head must be secured with a credit card. This card will be charged for the amount of your tour or program.
If your prefer, your credit card can be used only to hold your reservation, allowing you to pay for your program onsite. Simply let your reservationist know that this is what you intend to do.
Please bring with you, to tour or program check-in, the method of payment you prefer to use. Outside Hilton Head accepts Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Traveler's Checks.
