Use Hilton Heads beautiful scenery to inspire your wellness routine. All of our Wellness offerings are expertly designed and led by certified instructors. In addition to our group programs in the Summer season, we offer custom programing for individuals and groups year round. These lectures, clinics and demonstrations are tailored specifically to your goals, interests and experience level.
From May to August the Outside Wellness team offers Beachside Yoga every morning at 8am. This vinyasa flow class is held per conditions on the beach or the pool deck at The Westin Hilton Head Island. Deepen your practice with the ocean soundtrack, fresh air and beautiful scenery. Reservations are not necessary for this program, just show up at The Outside Hilton Head Westin Outpost on The Westin pool deck at 7:45am.
For those with paddle boarding experience, our SUP Yoga classes a refreshing twist on your vinyasa practice. Small groups will paddle out to protected basins to hold the class. Strengthen your balance and focus with the added element of staying on your board.
Our Custom Wellness programs are great for groups, families, couples, teams and individuals. Clinics, lectures, classes, tours and demonstrations are customized to meet your wellness goals. Boot Camp is a fast paced circuit training class that get’s you moving! Available at a variety of locations including Hilton Head beaches. Paddle boarding is a fast growing sport that offers a great workout. Our SUP Fit program teaches you the correct techniques for maximal fitness benefits. Instruction programs in kayaking, paddle boarding, yoga and various fitness programs are also available.
