Cancellations & Refunds

We accept cancellations up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time of your tour or program. Any cancellation made after that time will result in a charge for the full amount of the reservation.

Weather

Weather cancellations are at the sole discretion of Outside. We will only go out as long as it will be safe and enjoyable. If we should need to cancel your activity due to weather, we will do our best to reschedule your activity. If this is not possible, there will be no charge or we will issue a credit for any payments made.

Payment

Your reservation for programs with Outside must be secured with a credit card. Reservations made through our Online Reservation System require payment with a credit card at the time of ther reservation. If you prefer to have your credit card be used to hold your reservation, allowing you to pay for your program on location, please give us a call on our reservations hotline, 800-686-6996.

When you come for check-in please bring the method of payment you prefer to use. Outside accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Traveler's Checks.

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form or make a reservation.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, and credit card number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

    We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
    After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
